1. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Generally it takes 2-3 business days.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 amount. Othercircumstances the shipping amount is €8.

3. How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow along.

4. Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to make changes. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.

5. How can I return my purchase?
If you're having second thoughts about your product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. To be eligible for a return, product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Return Fees and Conditions:

  • Return Fees (Within the Netherlands):

Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. You will not incur any return fees when you return your products.

  • Return Fees (Other EU Countries):

For returns from other EU countries, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of using a shipping service to return the product is the customer's responsibility.

7. When will I get my refund?
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-7 business days. 
Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
